HECS INTEGRATED WEDGE CLAMP

This original Engel clamping system can be applied on any new injection molding machine as well as on vertical presses. HECS keeps the mounting platen free as the standard available EEB bolts mounted on the tools disappear into openings in the platen.

Each tool needs to be equipped with 4 bolts on each side. These bolts are also available from EAS.

ESCH DOUBLE T-SLOT CLAMP

A double T-slot clamp combining die lifter and clamping function. The ESCH is ideal to combine lifting, moving and clamping a die on a bolster.

ESCH KEY POINTS

· This double T slot clamp is a combination of die lifters to lift and roll the die and a clamping cylinder .

· Available for T slot size 22 and 28

· Special hardened entry rollers for the first “contact”with the die

Application

This product is ideal to combine lifting, moving and clamping a die on a bolster.

The die need to be equipped with a T slot as well.

On the slide the product can also be applied without the die lifter feature.
