Machine Features

Below is a list of features available on most DMS CNC Routers and Machining Centers. Please ask your Factory-Authorized Dealer which of these options are right for you and your machining requirements.

Automatic Lubrication Systems

Long term reliability of any machine tool depends on a regular maintenance and lubrication schedule. Inadequate lubricant to the bearings will cause premature wear to the bearings and trackway rails as well. Over time, the machine stability will suffer and repair will be costly. DMS offers an optional Automatic Lubrication System. Each bearing on the machine is connected to a central manifold, and the lubrication dispenser automatically provides a pressurized, programmable time metered oil feed to each bearing.

Automatic Tool Length Setters

DMS offers an optional Tool Length Setter feature on both the 3 Axis CNC Routers and 5 Axis CNC Routers. All length measurement systems are highly accurate, and feature a single M-Code that executes automatic tool selection from the magazine and tool positioning to the probe measuring position. Upon tool tip detection by the probe, the individual measured tool length is automatically stored in the Fagor Tool Offset Table.

Fagor Controls

Diversified Machine Systems (DMS) is pleased to offer high quality Fagor Controls, Fagor Motors, and Fagor Measurement Systems on most DMS 3 axis CNC and 5 axis CNC Routers. Fagor CNC Controls come standard on most machining centers.

CNC Spindle Options

DMS offers a wide variety of HSD and Perske spindles as original equipment on our 3 Axis CNC Routers and 5 Axis CNC Machining Centers. CNC Machine Vacuum Pumps Vacuum pumps are optional features on DMS CNC Routers. The brands that we recommend are Dekker Vacuum Pumps, Travaini Vacuum Pumps, and Becker Vacuum Pumps.
